Besides the frequent residential work consisting of renovations, new home construction, and small service calls JLM ELECTRIC also does work on many large commercial buildings! Here are a few of our recent projects and developments.

JNSE TEMPLE, Burlington, MA.
-  Large office building renovated into a 25,000 sq foot temple. Project consisted of the design and installation of over 100 custom lights, a full addressable fire alarm system, a full 400 amp service, and over 2,500 sq feet of floor heat.  A new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, 2 commercial bathrooms, and 4 classrooms were wired as well.

KENDALL BUILDING, Framingham, MA.

- Back at the turn of the century the semi famous "Kendall Hotel" later became a four story commercial building used as office space.  Now, after a complete re-wire and installation, JLM electric has completed a new transformation and helped make it a split use residential/commercial building consisting of 28 apartments and 10 businesses. It is now the home to comfortable family housing.

 
COTUIT POST OFFICE, Barnstable, MA.

-This building was new construction consisting of 10,000 sq feet to accommodate the residents of Barnstable and the US postal service.

 

- This 6 story high building in historical Lawrence Massachusetts is along side the Merrimack River. It has been completely installed with an up to date CLASS-A fire alarm system consisting of horn strobes, pull stations on every floor, all new emergency battery system, exit signs in all the common hallways, and all new lighting throughout all the units in the building that were not existent before.

 
BROCKTON FURNITURE, Brockton, MA

- Standing 8 story's high;this building in downtown Brockton Massachusetts is being renovated into residential condos. Complete new wiring throughout every floor will be used to accommodate comfortable living for residents.

 

- This new building was constructed for 72 condominiums. A complete wiring was done including fire alarms. Every condo has been happily occupied since completion.
